Sept 19th A Very Sad Day!!!

To All of Our Loving, Caring Readers out there, Ms. Emmie-Rose fought Her last Battle tonight. Our Baby Girl passed away tonight around 9:45 p.m. She went fighting all the way. She is a True Hero in Our Eyes!! She has touched alot of lives in the short time She has been with Us. We are so proud of Her and all the things She has done in Her 66 Days with Us.

We Love You Sweet Princess!!! Forever and Ever, NO MATTER WHAT!! We know You are in Heaven now looking down on Us. We are so happy to know that You arent hurting anymore. Please know that Mommy and Daddy adored You and Loved You and still Love You now.

Further Information on Funeral arrangements will be posted at a later date.

    Oh no! I got your blog from babycenter.com and went on your page several times yesterday to see what's up. I've prayed for you guys and will continue to. Please do keep us posted. Emmie Rose have reached so many people and she made a difference! The Lord had a reason for Emmie Rose, wow! Just think, Emmie Rose is having the best time ever right now with Jesus. Sorry this is so long, just really hit me hard to see this happen especially with your fight with the hospital and now this. May God hold you all together closer and forever.

    I am so sorry to hear our Emmie has fought her last fight on Earth. She was a angel here and now is one in Heaven. I know the pain in your heart and how hard it must have been to say goodbye! She will forever be in our hearts and yours. In her brief time with us she has touched so many lives. She was a true fighter and will be terribly missed.

    I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you so much for sharing your child and your story with all of us. I know that your family probably cherrishes the support that has come from the readers.....but her story and her life has done far more good then anyone can ever imagine in helping all of us to know that life and our time here is so precious......our loved ones our so precious.....every life that we (through God's creation) bring into this world teaches us something and is here for a reason....we should never take it for granted. That being said we do have to fight for our children and their rights, if we feel that anyone else will protect them we are soarley mistaken.

    Oh poor Emmie, I'm sad to hear this news.
    She fought so hard.
    It is amazing that someone so tiny, someone here for such a short amount of time could touch more people than many adults do. Emmie-Rose has touched so many people - strangers, friends, family.
    What a remarkable little woman she was, she did great things in the short time she was here.

    Our hearts are so broken for you and your family. There are no words that can express my sadness. The only peace that we can have right now is that she is out of any pain she was in. She had such an impact on each of us in her short time here on earth.

    My deepest and most sincere condolense. Thanks you, thank you for fighting so hard for your baby girl. Your efforts will hopefully affect more hearts and minds and help change the tide that is sweeping through this nation.

    Life is prescious and sacred, and we should never ever purposefully withhold the basic need of nutrients. Saddly some don't see it that way and it's a trend that is very dangerous and a threat to the sanctitiy of life.

    I hope that somehow a change can come about from this and keep this from happening again in situations such as yours. Parents should always have the final say, especially when they are as loving and caring as the two of you.

    I don't know how the so-called "ethics" committee members can sleep at night. May God have mercy on their souls.

    She is with God now, and praying for you. You have a little saint of your own in heaven now, watching out for you. I'm sure it's small comfort now, but remember that she's not really gone - she's just waiting on the other side.

    Words cannot express my sorrow for your family. It is evident that Emmie-Rose had an amazing family, for an amazing child. I believe you as parents, and your daughter, taught many people about love. I am so very sorry. She was a fighter! When my son died (he was born @ 26 weeks), I received a card and I received comfort from this quote, "Some are sent among us briefly, some have spirits meant to fly."
