Oct 19th - Feedback

A certain hospital is having another closed door meeting soon.
The meeting is about Emmie-Rose for all the people that missed
the first closed door meeting.

I'm sure they would love to get your feedback.

My prayers are with you as you continue to deal with all this. It seems to me it could have been handled so differently and with so much more compassion. I know from reading your comments that you accepted the fact that EmmieRose was and is in God's hands through life and death. I think the "modern" medicine folks need to understand and accept that too. Their job was to do everything to make you and her as comfortable as possible as you dealt with the devastating complications of prematurity.

So are you, the parents, invited? Or is this some sort of Morbidity and Mortality meeting for Docs and lawers only? I am very curious to see how this continues to play out.

Its for the hospital staff and probably the legal staff only.
Closed door. No Parents or others allowed.

i think that is stupid if it is just for the hospital and lawyers. i pray that this meeting brings some closure and that at the very least Emmie-Rose's lawyer gets to go.

please let us know how it turns out.

Unfortunately, We havent heard anything about the meeting nor will We probably ever. It is a very hard situation. Especially to know that "they" are worried about their "own" more than "they" were worried about Emmie-Rose. Very sad when You believe that Medical team is there for YOU and then "they" just give up and You have no other choices because "they" have decided Your fate. Very disturbing.
